All orders are shipped via Korea Post EMS.
Standard worldwide delivery time: approximately 5–15 days.
Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Buyers are required to pay and resolve any customs or import-related issues in their own country.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items.
Refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item before returning it.

PayPal transaction fees from the original payment are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received.
In cases of repeated cancellations or abnormal/repeated orders, shipping costs, labor, and other fees may be deducted from the refund.
