Important Notice
- All jewelry is handmade. Slight variations and natural gemstone features (color, pattern, inclusions) are not considered defects.
- Actual product colors may vary depending on monitor or mobile display settings.
- Size and weight may differ slightly depending on the measurement method.
- These conditions are not valid reasons for returns or refunds.
Shipping
- All orders are shipped via Korea Post EMS.
- Standard worldwide delivery time: approximately 5–15 days.
- Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Buyers are required to pay and resolve any customs or import-related issues in their own country.
- Please provide an accurate shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items.
- Refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item before returning it.
- Items must be returned in unused, original condition.
- PayPal transaction fees from the original payment are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received.
- In cases of repeated cancellations or abnormal/repeated orders, shipping costs, labor, and other fees may be deducted from the refund.
