- All orders are shipped via Korea Post EMS.

Currently, we cover all import duties and taxes for US customers. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items.
- Refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item before returning it.
- Items must be returned in unused, original condition.
- PayPal transaction fees from the original payment are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received.
- In cases of repeated cancellations or abnormal/repeated orders, shipping costs, labor, and other fees may be deducted from the refund.
